Associate Attorney (1–5 Years)
Location: Dunedin, Florida
Compensation: Base salary plus commission-based bonuses allowing the associate to earn between $100,000 and $160,000 or more depending on hours worked.

At Keough Construction Law we represent property owners and contractors in construction disputes throughout Florida. We are seeking an associate attorney with one to five years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with construction law experience, but we will consider any attorney with experience in all stages of litigation. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

This position comes with a reasonable base salary and a performance-based compensation structure that allows the associate to directly benefit from their effort and productivity. This position is best suited for self-starters and those who are looking for independence and the opportunity to grow. The position is in-person to start, with the opportunity to become hybrid or remote in the future based on performance and client needs.
