Biography
My name is Kyle Keough, and I founded Keough Construction Law, PLLC to help people resolve construction disputes with clarity, confidence, and results. I live in Dunedin, Florida with my wife, Catherine, and our baby girl, Charlie.
Before starting my own firm, I focused my legal career on construction law, representing homeowners, contractors, and property owners in a wide range of disputes including defective work, payment issues, lien claims, and problems with HOAs and condominium associations. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the legal and practical challenges that arise in construction projects and how to navigate them effectively.
I started Keough Construction Law to deliver that knowledge directly to the people who need it most. Whether you're trying to recover damages, defend against a lien, or stand up to a community association, I’m here to help you protect your property and your peace of mind.
